Beverly "Anisa" Pogreba, Denver, Colorado. Performing since 1977 in the
Boulder/Denver area then in Southern California in the early 80's, then back
to Denver.

Currently performing in festivals, shows and special events. Member of the BEDOUIN BALLET, founded by EVA CERNIK, where we perform dances from the Mideast, Turkey, Central Asia, North Africa and Eastern Europe.

I also own "Colorado Talent," (www.ColoradoTalent.com), where I arrange bands and entertainers for parties, weddings and festivals. I am married to an Iranian, Yadi, and we have a daughter, Jaleh.

I also have a BA in Journalism from UNC and have worked in radio as a disc jockey and self-published a book, "Chart Your Health," a 60 day journal. I am currently editing a video on dances from the Near East called "Belly Dancing & Beyond," due out next Spring, featuring many dancers from Colorado.
