Sounds like the organizers had no idea of what belly dance actually is but rather used it as a loose term to cover anything with undulations or bare bellies or circles or isolations. Also sounds like they gave other dance forms far more respect in requiring "one legible additional dance form" - great - pity they didn't require the same standard for teh belly dance.
