Mango Meyer Lemon Marmalade This one is okay, I tried with varigated lemon first, that one was too bitter, meyer lemon is better.	Orange Plum	Peach good

Pineapple just like that stuff for ice cream, too sweet really for toast	Plum Wonderful tangy sweet, not very well set, process labor intensive, pits do not seperate easily from pulp	Pomegranate very messy. use crusher to get juice out.
Blueberry- Pomegranate- Cinnamon GOOD! Made another batch with our poms that had cracked open and were very sweet. This batch is even better!	Prickly Pear Jelly used this recipe not that exciting. Fruit pretty bland, like watermelon	Prickly Pear, Orange, Lemon Marmalade
Blueberry	Persimmon YUKKY after taste, starchy used this recipe I used "sauce master" to remove skins and seeds. I also misread recipe and added lemon at beginning. Maybe should have peeled fruit before pureeing through sauce master, even though it says it removes seeds and skins. Maybe persimmons just make yukky jam. Lets see if the chickens will eat it! Most recipes used from Ball book shown at right most other's came from this site http://www.epicurean.com/ Sauce master shown at right used successfully only with a few recipes, not good for pomagranite and probably persimmon. Very good for removing seeds from prickly pear
