Storm- breed Astralaup- older broody, kinda friend of the ducks, outsider

Phyllis

Phyllis- breed- white crested polish- small, lower down on pecking order. sweet, friendly if you have food. Flys a little too well. We may need to clip her wings.

Alice

Alice- Breed- Black Sexlink- friendly if you have food. excitable. She flies up and gets into the catfood

Morgaine

Morgaine- frizzle, survivor! lower on the pecking order but not as low as she used to be! Sleeps lower to ground, outsider

Lotus

Lotus- gold lace whyandotte, not friendly, picks on Lacey, Often flies over to the Smiths and lays eggs down at the base of the pine tree on the fence line. She will come back over but its worrisome because they do have a dog that may kill her. We tried to detroy her nest over there and hopefully she won't do it anymore

Hoot

Hoot is a aracana. She is not very friendly, though beautiful!She flies up and gets into the catfood

Helga

Helga is a Leghorn and is in molt right now. She looks awful! She is the queen of the coop. She is very bossy but we do give her preference for greens because she has a problem with soft egg shells sometimes. If it gets very cold her large flappy comb can be suseptible to frontbite.

Galen

Glen/ Galen (used to be Glinda) is the Delaware rooster. He is very nobile, dignified and somewhat aloof. He will tolerate being held and tucks his head into your neck. He will protect the other chickens from being picked on by the ducks. He usually keeps watch while the hen eat and will take treats reluctantly. He flies up and gets into the catfood.

Luna

Luna is a White Brahma. She is very friendly and agressive even. She is the most agressive when yo come out with treats.

Rocky is a Barred Plymoth Rock. She is the talker. She as the loudest chatter and loves dialogue. Curious about what your doing but not that friendly.

Lacey

Lacey is a sliver lace whyandotte. She is very friendly and love the chatter with you also.

Rosita

Rosita is a Rhode Island Red and is much fuller than this picture. She is the most friendly and even will sqwat down for you to pick her up. She likes to talk and have treats too.

Ducks

The Silly Ducks are very territorial with as much as they can get away with. They try to keep the water trough by the wall for themselves as well as one the nexting boxes, and the food dishes. They can be mean to the other chickens unless the rooster is around. They will eat food scraps that the chickens won't.
