Kimberly Mackoy ran off to London a few years ago to be with a boy she met at Burning Man. After several rainy seasons of performing in the booming cabaret theatre scene overseas, she’s now back in San Francisco, where she’s been enjoying the still-intermittent sunshine and getting back to her roots. Originally a student of Rachel Brice over nine years ago, she also studied International Development and Social Anthropology at the School of Oriental and African Studies (SOAS) in London.
