Celia
Celia is a warm, highly professional belly dance artist and instructor. She performs regularly as a soloist, creating a unique show that combines lively dancing, sword balancing, veil, and hula hoop. She has danced beneath the Parthenon in Athens, at hookah lounges along the Nile, and in main stage productions in the U.S.A.. Celia’s study of dance began at age 5 with ballet and figure skating. Her intensive belly dance training includes close study with master instructor Melina Pavlata at the Moody Street Circus in Waltham MA. She is currently a core member of Bellybeat Dance Company.
