Krista Gettle

A self-proclaimed renaissance woman.  My talents are generally in the practical arts arena.  I cook, organize community events, and perform anything else at which Martha Stewart proclaims proficiency.  Dance is a new form of expression for me.  I am interested in understanding the psychological components and paradoxes of physical expression.  The Gilded Serpent will give me the opportunity to explore the mental aspects of this physical phenomenon I have undertaken.  Additionally, I would like to see it develop a cooperative network amongst dancers, both locally and eventually nationally. Currently, I work at the San Francisco Chamber of Commerce working largely with local businesspeople to build their efficiency and effectiveness in their careers.  I will hopefully begin graduate school next fall studying law and city planning to help foster entreprenurial efforts like ours everywhere.
