Rachel Lazarus Soto is the Founder and Director of Blue Damsel, the Managing Director of The Oasis Dance Studio, and General Manager of Eventide Music Productions, the independent record label specializing in alternative world music. She had served on the board of the Inland Empire Chapter of the Middle Eastern Culture and Dance Association for three years, as both Treasurer and President. She is also the co-founder/director of the successful Tribal Café event, now retired. She's a Gemini, and loves spending time with her daughter Falyn, husband Jeremiah Soto, and her pups Freya and Eva. She likes going for walks in the mountains, and gardening.
