• vivid studios, San Francisco, 1995 - 1996. Buildmaster
  Developed and maintained company intranet. Developed and maintained HTML standards to which all developers at vivid were held. Performed final assembly of websites. Examples: www.cccnet.com & travel.vivid.com
• Slippery When Wet magazine, Berkeley, 1994 - 1996 Engineer and publisher.
  Redesigned magazine as new website, designed interface and navigation, developed conversion protocol, implemented web-page conversion and moved Slippery When Wet to the World-Wide Web in May 1994. Subsequently maintained the site, refining interface and navigation and updating format and contents. 1991 - 1994. Edited and published the paper version of the magazine. Managed all accounts, advertising, distribution, and public relations. Conceived and commissioned content from artists and writers. Designed and produced two issues in print using Quark XPress and Adobe Photoshop; supervised a designer on two additional issues.
• More! Productions, Berkeley, 1990 - 1994. Marketer and distributor.
  Developed markets for several small magazines. Designed and implemented accounting systems in Microsoft Excel.
• Anything That Moves magazine, San Francisco, 1990 - 1993. Style editor.
  Made final style and editing decisions for six issues. Executed final production in Aldus Pagemaker.
• Health Freedom Publications, Menlo Park, 1990 - 1993. Associate Editor.
  Helped edit the books Smart Drugs and Nutrients, Smart Drugs II, and Stop the FDA.
